Please Remember:
-We are not responsible for skins, heads, or inners.
-All orders must be picked up
Within 3days after you are notified that your order is ready for pickup, unless other arrangements have been made. Afterwards a storage fee of $10/day+GST will be added to your bill.
Any orders not picked up within 30 days of arranged pickup date will be given to the conservation office.

We guarantee that all sausages are made without binders, fillers, breads & cereals, MSG, or any other by-products! We also guarantee that each order is done individually!

Please Remember: the 35 lbs. meat is the basic start weight. On top there is pork trim, spice & ice. e.g. 35 lbs. meat + 5 lbs. trim + ice & spices. Please ask for details if you have concerns.
